I saw a post on a fellow designer's profile that made it seem you're less than happy with the unprofessional compensation on the jobs forums.

I've been on the job forums for awhile now, and I see. I will admit that I've broke down and done it too, but I'm looking to get a change, and thought you might be interested.

My plan is to start a group where we designers can rally together for fair compensation and work ethics. Hopefully it would grow to be a source of material and inspiration for designers as well, but initially it would act as a sort of 'union'.

I'm testing the waters to see if I can get some people on board with it, and you struck me as the type of person who'd be interested.
